I’ve just launched a new collection of ‘as gaeilge’ illustrated greeting cards. I had fun designing them and I think my favourite is the beetle card, ‘aithníonn ciaróg, ciaróg eile’ – literally meaning ‘one beetle recognises another beetle’. In other words ‘it takes one to know one’. Another of our lovely Irish sayings.
